BEATRICE DUPONT (1965) has been made Knight of the Legion of Honour, the highest decoration awarded in France.
Béatrice has always worked in the US, beginning her career there with the American branch of Yves St Laurent. After creating her own luxury household goods import firm in 1984, she moved to Christian Dior Inc., subsidiary of Christian Dior SA, in 1990, as chief merchandiser. She then cumulated the role of Vice-President of Christian Dior Inc. and President of Givenchy for the LVMH Group, before ending her career in 2002 as President of Givenchy Inc.
Today, Béatrice Dupont spends most of her time doing voluntary work and as a patron, notably for the French American Aid for Children Association, where she is an active Board member.

After 5 years in the Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Division, and Division Director since 2007, Nicolas Ploquin has been promoted to Managing Director Medical Devices & Diagnostics with local responsibility for the MD&D franchises and all main sales activities, as well as for the Cordis franchise of the TMEA Cluster (Turkey-Middle East-Africa).
Nicolas first joined Vision Care as Marketing Director in 2004, taking on increasing responsibility, first as Sales Director and then as General Manager France & Belgium. He remodelled the organisation and impacted on the environment by developing strong leadership and sustainable business growth. Thanks to his considerable effort and that of his team, France enjoyed double-figure growth for three consecutive years from 2005 to 2008, and increased its market share to become global co-leader in the contact lens market.
Nicolas gained considerable marketing, sales and general management experience in Europe, Latin America and the United States in firms such as Nestlé, LVMH and Havas. After graduating from EDHEC Lille, he went on to get an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Jean-Michel LAMBERT was appointed Managing Director France to replace Nicolas PLOQUIN from 1st February 2010.
Jean-Michel was a member of the management team, and has extensive industry experience. He joined J&J Vision Care France in April 2006 after spending a large part of his career at Nestlé in the marketing and sales divisions, and he was one of the main players in the 3-year growth period enjoyed by the French and the Belgian divisions.

Franck Moison, President of Global Marketing, R&D and Industrial Production has been appointed CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER of the Colgate Palmolive group (New York). He will, among other things, be in direct charge of emerging countries.
Franck Moison, 56 years old, EDHEC graduate and holder of an MBA from the University of Michigan began working for Colgate France in 1978.
He has occupied different positions on marketing teams in France, the United States, Switzerland and Italy. He was successively appointed Director General for Home Care Products in France in 1991, Sales Director for the Europe Division in 1995, Director General for Colgate Palmolive in Italy in 1996, and in 1998 he was appointed as President of Colgate Palmolive for Central Europe and Russia.
He became the President of Colgate Palmolive for Western Europe and Corporate Officer in 2000.
In 2005 he was also put in charge of Central Europe and the South Pacific.
In 2007 he became the President of Global Marketing, R&D and Industrial Production, based in NY and reporting directly to the Chairman.
